First off, the Castle itself...
Next up is the foyer/entry room/ whatever...
Then there is the living room/drawing room/guest area... whatever the room truly is... Two doors, foyer where Maurice entered and the hall where the Beast barged in...
Then there is the tower, which eventually leads to the highest point of the Castle and holds the dungeons...
After that there is Belle's room which is located opposite of the Beast's part of the castle, thus I suppose it would be considered the East Wing.
Then in the movie the Dining Room comes to play. Sadly, I never figured out where the other dining room was located, the one where they ate breakfast together...
There doesn't seem to be much to the kitchen... They never provide much of a view...
The Beast's Room on the other hand had plenty of details and the room is well shown. By the looks of it, the door in "Beast's Room Cleaned1" likely leads to the extra room that hold's the rose and leads to the balcony.
Then there are the gardens...
There is then the Library and the Stables...
Then at last the Ballroom...
And while this likely should have been shown first, I had to search my computer a while for it. It is a scan from a book I have. It is like a map of the castle. The color coded one was more of a speculation of mine. The room highlighted in yellow could have been the library, but a flight of stairs go left of it, so I guessed the library would be on the other side of Belle's room. The tower is in a rather specific spot on the castle and a hallway from the foyer leads to it. The darker blue and the green are easy to tell. The orange, is where I think a balcony is - the one Beast was at while he watched Belle walk Phillipe down below walking in the snow to be precise. It has the hedge maze in the right place and the lower garden/grass grounds. The thing highlighted in purple really looks like a top view of a possible gazebo, it even has some steps leading from it. *Shrugs* Well, that is all in terms of the tour stuff.
